    Near Paramount Business District, Port of LA, Long beach, Downtown! Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm & Medieval Times are a short drive away. Many Golf Courses nearby. Famous Beaches, surfing Paddle Boarding and the Naples Canals for a Romantic Gondola Experience.



    Easy Access to 110, 710, 405, 22, 91, 105, 605 & 5 freeways!

    Intimate Apartment located on the ground floor for easy access. Private onsite parking. Property has a courtyard and basketball area for children.

    Ample parking if guests are coming to visit.
