Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It's an older place but has had a lot of cleanup and refurbishing. I would have appreciated a top sheet, a hand towel, and a glass or plastic cup for when I brushed my teeth. It was clean, freshly painted, new toilet and flooring.
Room was clean.some electrical outlets were not working . If your looking for just a room just for a night? It’ll do, and cannot go wrong for the price.
Excellent accommodations and price, was almost right next to the event venue we were staying for. The AC started leaking during the night, and the staff found a different room to move us into immediately! The beds were clean and very comfortable, wifi could be better but its acceptable. My absolute favorite thing about this hotel is the convenience store on the corner.
Look,...this isn't the Hilton....so what! it was, my room, was clean, very good air con, bed very comfortable, accomicating staff. Closet? no,....so what, Ice machine? no.....so what. I wanted/needed a clean, close to my Medical appt. 'reasonably priced' room.....not a 'Resort', a room. BTW.... yes, it was walking distance from many stored. Once again....NOT THE HILTON.....BUT CLEAN, QUITE, and very RESONABLY PRICED. I payed a bit more($10) for an early check in and a bit more ($20) for a several hour late check out.......and it was A. fair,...and B. Worth it! Recomended!
Omg the staff is great. I loved the family ghat runs it. Very good people. The rooms are trapped im a 50s-70s complete with floral carpet. The bed and furniture were uh gross. No security locks at all on doors. The place is trapped in time, with furniture and carpet of that time, a time that shouldnt be revisited. There are ne'er-do-wells occupying the second floor walkway and one who sits ny himself at.a picnic area in the "courtyard". I liked the owners and staff very much but i didnt feel safe there. Sucks.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff were excellent; Very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and customer service driven. I liked that. The other hotel guests staying here looked a lot like unfriendly mexican cholos and cholas and I was a little scared I’m not gonna lie. However, I quickly realized that I was being judgmental because everyone I saw and spoke to were some of the nicest people ever and extremely respectful. I had a neighbor next door the same young age as me who looked like they were staying for a longer trip than I was and she had friends come over but they were never too loud or noisy; The same goes for all the hotel guests staying here. I mean it, it was really quiet! No children running around, beinf noisy, nobody hung outside the hotel rooms or around the parking lot (ample parkingi spots right in front of the rooms) or smoking. or were being pro noisy with everyone I staying for a longer period of timhave been staying longer initially made me anxious traveling alone as a black female but after my first night judgemental looked a little frightening made My initial thoughts about the and people seen around the hotel
We had been staying here three times, the room quality getting worse and worse. The first time, it was great due to the location, has lots of good stores nearby -AMCs, Crazy Rock Sushi, etc. Place was good, normal and the staff was good. The second time - the sink was clogged and there was one cockroach. This last time - from the beginning the door for the room couldn't open, we got move to a different room, outside of the room had trash bags, broken suitcases, messy looking, the floor inside was kinda oily and dirty, the towels had with stain marks, the toilet seat was not attached the the toilet, no TV remote. Staff offers to change room to another room with the TV remote that working but we said no as we checking out next morning. The staffs were reponsive and assist with our needs but the room quality is very bad.
The area is not the best or safest. And the people staying above us were up all night walking back and forth. So annoying. But the worst part was it was roach infestation. Never again!
The room was terrible dirty bathroom dirty missing top sheets. Just a dump. I want a refund of the two rooms I reserved. Contact me. Your site made it sound good. NOT.
The room was a dump. Dirty stained blankets that were old filthy bathroom. Sketchy people hanging around out side kids playing in parking lot that said they live there. Smelly room smoke. Gross!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The bedspread had stains and there was no top sheet on the bed. The linoleum was peeling off the floor. The sink had stains. There was an unpleasant order throughout. There was a 1/4-1/2 inch gap under the entrance door to the room.
Staff was terrible. Did not even have our room ready and overall the place is garbage. Needs to be investigated and taken down. Stay far away from here. Human trafficking posters on their bulletin in the lobby. TERRIBLE
