Bright 3 bedroom Venice House, Short Walk to Beach

  • Bright and comfortable 3 bedroom home in Venice. This is a private 3 bedroom 1 bath house. Comfortable and clean - just blocks to the beach, Rose blvd, Abbot Kinney, etc.

    Park in the gated driveway and enter the house through the front door, into the comfortable living room with a pullout sofa and a wall mounted TV. The short hallway has 1 bedroom on the right with a queen bed, and on the left there is a full bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms, also with queen beds. continue down the hall to the kitchen and dining area with a large table for 6 and a modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need. A sliding glass door leads to the deck in the back with an outdoor table for 6.

    The house is in Venice Beach, west of Lincoln, just a short walk to the beach, Rose, Abbot Kinney, and the grocery store on Lincoln Blvd.
