a great spot to stay!

This is a great spot. It's newly remodeled, very clean, comfortable furniture, sweet back yard with an orange tree to sit in and barbecue. It's in a lovely neighborhood and close to the freeway. The hosts are very responsive to any and all needs and questions you may have. I highly recommend staying here when you're in LA.

Lovely, Spacious APT in the heart of WLA

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this lovely remodeled, bright, clean and spacious 1 Bd., 1 ba. apartment . We enjoyed the dining area and the full kitchen surrounded by counter tops and cabinets galore. It is a delight to cook in such a well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Kathy, our host could not have been more kind and responsive! She even sent me a kitchen gift knowing how much I love to cook when I moved in! The owners were equally responsive and available.We loved the location - the tree lined residential street with plenty of parking, the diversified fine restaurants within walking distance and the world class UCLA Medical Center close by. Also the fact that the Disaster Recovery Center was just around the corner made it an ideal place for us to stay because we had to go there almost daily after our home was lost due to the Palisades fire in January. All in all we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Beautifully remodeled property in West LA!

We loved our stay at this property and actually extended our original month long booking twice. The house is fully renovated, beautifully furnished, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood and we regularly used the shared grill and yard space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property for a vacation or extended stay!
