We have 1+1 corporate housing unit with patio no stairs and all furnishings with fully kitchen equipped, distribution of beds: Cal King bed in the master bedroom, single converter bed and single air mattress in the living room, all utilities are included with many amenities like Jacuzzi, pool, fitness center, 2 assigned parking spaces with control access and security officer over the night.
Just one block away from Van Nuys Blvd. with many, many shopping centers, restaurants, banking, church, And just minutes away to CAL-State university in Northridge, Kaiser / Northridge / Holy Cross / Olive View HOSPITALS, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Disney / ABC / NBC Studios, Burbank /Glendale/ Pasadena, Hollywood, Six Flags /Hurricane Harbor, LA ZOO and major freeways access (405, 10, 101, 134,118, 5, etc.. All the utilities are included in the monthly rent, furnished units (water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, internet, cable and taxes) also I personally have lived with my family in the same building for the past 10 years and my office is located by the lobby.
