More than a thousand dollars for a night you expect to be an awesome experience. It was my anniversary and I was given a room in the back of the property that had a strong smoke smell during all night. I’m very allergic of it and had headache. Called twice to the front desk about it and nothing was done. Informed at check out, they didn’t even apologized. Bad experience, not worthy the money for a property that is supposed to be smoke free. Tried to contact the front desk manager and vice president of the property after checkout and it’s been 2 weeks with no answer as per Expedia. Disappointed. Was expecting to be the perfect day and ended up being a stressful night. Nice hotel, old room needing repairs, bathroom door doesn’t close, bad customer service for a Four Season brand that I’m used to.
