"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room was spotless, calm, and beautifully decorated, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the welcome beverage; it was a thoughtful touch that set a positive tone for the stay. The hotel is accross the street from the Computer History Museum.
The only downside for me was the bed, which I didn’t find very comfortable. While everything else exceeded expectations, a better mattress would have made the stay perfect.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service and atmosphere — just a small improvement needed on the bedding."
"Excellent value for the price. It felt safe, staff was very friendly, it looked and felt extremely clean, parking was fine, it was quiet and we all slept surprisingly well. Breakfast was adequate. "
"Is always a pleasure to have to stay at Residences inn by Marriott, they may us feel welcome and feels like home, the breakfast was amazing and the location is so perfect 10 of 10"
