"Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself. Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. "El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, excelente vista al lago y la piscina temperada y área de spa fueron un excelente plus. Nuestra habitación familiar tenía un buen tamaño para nuestra familia, con buena calefacción. Algunos muebles necesitan renovarse como el caso de la cama tipo nido. El desayuno fue bueno pero podría variarse para que no sea lo mismo todos los días. En general, volvería a hospedarme aquí."

"Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful in suggesting good activities in the area. Breakfast was delivered to our room between 8-10am upon coordination with the front desk. The location is not in the city, about a 15min drive to the city which makes it much more quiet and nice. The views are spectacular especially in the mornings."
