Tremendous stay at Captains. It started with a very warm welcome from Duncan, who swiftly checked me in and showed me to my room. And what a room! It is quite a new property by the looks as everything was spotlessly clean and very fresh and new. The room contained some great luxuries, such as an enormous bath and in the middle of the room and a very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with modern fixtures. Just perfect, exactly what I was after and the owner was so nice and friendly and made sure we got the best out of our trip.

I sadly only stayed here for one night, but this is defiantly the kind of place you 'stay until you die (or have to go back to work)' it's breathtaking. I stayed in Top Lodge no.16 and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with the most amazing view ever. (I'm going to say amazing a lot bare with me). This apartment has everything you could need for a short stay. Ample kitchen essentials, two lounges to watch tv, which you won't do because of the AMAZING view that pans across the front....

Fantastic hotel and location in town. Close to all sites, shopping and restaurants. Many activities onsite to entertain the kids. Clean and tidy room with all the necessary basics. Underground car park can be a little tricky for larger cars.

The staff helped us find last minute accomodation in Apollo Bay, which was really appreciated!

Wow! This might not have been the first thing we thought when we drove over the hill in Wye River, it was more like 'this place is small, what will we do here for 2nights'. How wrong we were. It is gorgeous! We stayed in a 2bed cabin and it was perfect for a family with 2 kids. We could see kangaroos and koalas from our deck & fed the birds every morning. We stayed 3 days and was very comfortable in our spacious room, with only a short stroll down to all restaurants,hotels and beach.

My wife and I booked our trip last minute and were extremely pleased to find this motel in such a nice location. Our balcony had sea views and the room was very clean. Bronwyn and Sophie greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly and helpful. A perfect start. They recommended local places to eat and left us to enjoy our time. The view is everything, and the peaceful environment. Beds are amazing and everything you need is here (except for a coffee machine but we brought our own 🙏)

The hotel was really central and a short walk to the beach

Located opposite beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants the motel was ideal. The room was spacious and beautifully renovated. Bed was extremely comfortable and owners very friendly - a very enjoyable stay.
