Villa 49, Millendreath Beach Resort

Villa 49 is a open-plan villa on the Millendreath Beach Resort with access to facilities such as bar, cafe & restaurant and shop subject to seasonal opening times.

Bedrooms:  2
Beds:  1 x king size, 2 x twin. 
Bed linen & Towels:  Bed linen & towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. 
Kitchen & Utilities:  Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, 42" Plasma TV with Freeview. Far-reaching sea and beach views.
Nearest beach:  500 yards.
Nearest amenities:  on site. 
Outdoors: Enclosed veranda with garden furniture and great views of the beach. Storage box with access to various beach equipment.
Parking: Sufficient on-site parking. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week. 
Family facilities: Not provided, but can be hired. 
Pets:  No pets welcome, sorry. 
General:  WiFi included, electricity included in rent; panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, card can be topped up on site.
Important notes:  No smoking, not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 28 steps leading to the villa.
Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.

You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

The property was in excellent condition with every single thing you would need in a property. One slight negative was corners of wooden beds which quite easily catch your knees. They could do with being cut back and rounded. Otherwise the perfect stay..

Very pleased ,great location and very clean property.
We were staying for a few days on our short kids holiday. They were very happy enjoying the area ,the apartment was very clean and we were so pleased choosing this villa. we strongly recommend it !
