A perfect, cosy, bolthole, but just a stone`s throw from everything Looe has to offer. Restaurants, shops and cafes all within easy walking distance, and 10 minutes to the beach on foot. Lots of options for watersports, fishing, boat trips to Looe Island, Fowey or Polperro. Beautiful walks on the South West Coast Path, and numerous attractions like the Eden Project for a great day out. A lovely base to explore this beautiful area of Cornwall.
Sleeps: 2 Bedroom: 1 Beds: 1 x double Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Accessibility: Kitchen and Utilities: Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge Nearest beach: East Looe beach, approx. 0.6 miles Nearest amenities: Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Outdoors: There is no outside space. Parking: Limited short term on street parking nearby, but there is a public carpark 10 mins walk away. Unloading/loading only at front of house. Pets: Maximum 2 dogs. £25 per week General: Electricity and gas heating included in the rent. Important notes: No smoking. Wifi provided. No children.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
