  • Set in the Cornish hamlet of Barcelona, you’ll find this small complex of pretty properties, surrounded by narrow lanes and countryside. Just under 3 miles from your doorstep, the seaside town of Looe is home to beautiful beaches, great cafes and shops, and the world’s first banjo-shaped harbour wall. A great spot for seaside fish and chips! Book a boat trip to St George’s Island a mile offshore and you might see the local seals. For more animal adventures, head to the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary just outside of the town. Walkers will find plenty to enjoy along the South West Coast Path, and the fishing harbour of Polperro, notorious for its smuggling history, is a perfect place to stop for refreshments.

    Stepping into cosy holiday home you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen space, with its bright units and fully equipped cupboards, offers everything you could need to pack up a good lunch for a day out or prepare an evening meal to enjoy together around the dining table. The lounge area offers comfortable, reclining seating in front of a Smart TV and is the ideal place to sit and relax after a day's adventure. Off of this room, you will find two bedrooms. The first is a double with TV, and the second is a twin. Next to the bedrooms is the family shower room.

    You are welcome to roam or sit in the shared landscaped gardens, admiring the well-established trees. There is a shared, heated outdoor swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September, plus patio areas with sun loungers, tables and chairs; so, lay back with a good book and enjoy the sunshine.
