"Brandon was very responsive to all communications. This vacation rental had the ideal layout for a group of seven adults. We had ample space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch off the dining & living room was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location was ideal, offering easy access to everything we needed while being set in a quiet area close to the boardwalk. "This is a cute vintage OCNJ home. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the beach. The owner has provided some good options for during the summer months like chairs and bikes and a nice patio with grill. It was also clean. However, because it is an older home there are some safety hazards that need to be addressed and some mold that needs to be fixed to make this ready for paying visitors. "
