Former detached mill. Ground floor: living room (double sofa bed) with kitchenette and lounge area, laundry room with toilet.

Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (double bed), shower room.
Terrace. Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and electric heating included.
Located on the edge of a very quiet road and a river below. Petanque court and tennis court a few meters away.
€2/day supplement for pets. Fishing permit available for the communal pond 500 meters away.

Ideal for hiking enthusiasts (on foot, horseback, or bicycle), this small cottage is located in the heart of the forests of Longny au Perche and Charencey, a few meters from the 15-hectare family pond.
