"We enjoyed a wonderful time and the very comfortable accommodations. Thank you for sharing your home - super clean, and everything was just as described. We stayed 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday with our son, daughter in-law, and 2 grandsons and it worked out great. Although weather brought a winter storm and about 4 inches of snow, we still had a nice relaxing time and would love to return in the summertime with our boat. The area looks like a very fun place in the warmer seasons. This was a successful trip because the home worked out so well. Thanks again."

"We were very happy with our stay. The listing was accurate and the house instructions and functionality of everything was great. The location worked well for our time near Jamestown and the apartment was quiet and comfortable. There was good space for our dog with the nice-sized yard- "plenty of sniffs"."

"Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. "
