"Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!"

4BR Paradise with Pool & Fire Pits Chautauqua Lake region.
10/10 Excellent
"A beautifully appointed retreat for family and good friends to gather. The owners have thought of everything. Anything you need is at your fingertips. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend."
"Clean room and friendly staff. Very well air conditioned during extremely hot season. Hotel is pretty basic and not luxurious, but it's a great location and rooms were updated and clean. Shower had good hot water pressure. The only downside was that the hallway had a smokey kind of smell. But the room itself did not."
"The cottage was nice and clean and we were able to enjoy a fire a couple n8ghts had family and friends over for cookouts and enjoyed our time close to everything we were there to do. Only thing would be get a better grill other then that our time there was amazing and we loved it."
"This was THE BEST CABIN IN THE WOODS! I have been to other cabins but this was the best! It was secluded, private, and in the middle of the woods. No TV, no BS! The hosts did a great job of having a great place with clean sheets and towels, what else could you want? Yes there were a few bugs, but it’s in the woods, what do you expect? It’s about 2 hours from Niagara Falls if you want to go you have plenty of time to go for the day and be back in time for s’mores around the campfire. Don’t look for a Starbucks there isn’t one for 20 miles. The coffee has to be made old school on the stove in a percolator pot because the cabin doesn’t have enough electric service to support a coffee maker. So suck it up and deal with it for a few days. This is truly a GREAT PLACE TO STAY! The nights were beautiful and the days were even better. We cooked over the fire and played cards and games outside on the picnic table. Hot water for showers and a flushing toilet. No neighbors and distractions unless you bring them."
"It was decent overall. The Cottage is right on the inlet which is nice and the location has a lot around it.Inside the cottage was nice. There were basic cooking utensils for inside cooking but none for the grill outside so plan to bring your own if needed. The cottage was clean and had fresh linens. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom to ensure it stayed a decent temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use and you can log into your accounts as needed. The wifi somehow wasn't strong and tended to be kinda spotty for my devices. The hot water only lasts for 1x ten minute shower, so if multiple people want to shower in a row, with warmish water, plan accordingly. The tank takes more than 20 mintues to reheat. Also, the seasonal hot tub, means in the winter, although I'm not sure where it would be on the property, even in the winter.Unfortunately during our stay the power went out because of some high winds. The water also went out with the power, which was the most inconvenient part of this. Also, if this happens to you, know that even after the power comes back on, it took overnight for the water to come back on. Lastly, if another group rents out the other cottage near you, then be prepared to be decently close to other people in the shared outdoor space. This cottage does have its own patio and grill area which is great but you do have to walk past the other cottage to get to this one. No big deal but not super private. It'd be great if you had a large group and wanted to rent out both properties."
