"The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for all of us. It did rain for a little every day, but we loved having the sun room to still enjoy the views of the lake during that time. The double oven and fridge were truly amazing and so incredibly helpful. My boys (7 & 1) loved the rock speakers that lit up and we had small little dance parties once the sun started going down of favorite Disney songs. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of multi-generations. The closeness to town was perfect! We loved the house and the location. There was construction happening on the bridge at the time, but it didn’t really bother us. My one year old loveedddd the view of the bridge watching all of the trucks drive by. It was definitely a memory we’ll have forever."

"Absolutely lovely property and such attentive hosts! I reached out ahead of the trip to check on a few details, Patti and Rich answered in an instant and they have put so much thought into every detail in the home. Amish bread, wine and snacks awaited us upon arrival with a personal note from the hosts. A fully stocked coffee bar, every possible utensil you could need in the kitchen. I cooked all of our meals and had everything I could need. The house itself is the perfect cottage in the woods feel and the decor reflected that. Cozy and sweet. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels and linens were supplied. We spent much of our time on the front porch, which is so inviting. There is a small family of hummingbirds that feed from the porch - and they are not shy! Refreshing pool out back with a lovely deck for sunbathing. The grounds are meticulously maintained. I walked my dog a few times a day around the perimeter and he absolutely loved it. Rich messaged us ahead of time to say the lawn service would come during our stay which we appreciated but was certainly not necessary. A wonderful reset for us in a beautiful setting that we most certainly intend to visit again. Book early, it's a popular place. Looking forward to visiting in the Fall."

"The motel, while a bit dated, was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment on them. The Chautauqua Belle is nearby and was a wonderful way to spend a summer afternoon. I would definitely stay at Webers again."

"The house worked well for our needs and the listing was accurate. The living room seating was comfortable, the view was pleasant and the kitchen was well equipped, The air conditioning was much appreciated and we made good use of the filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. Our only surprise was that there was no place to hang clothes in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The closet in the King bedroom was locked and the one on the bunk room was used as a utility closet. There was a luggage/valet rack in the living room but only two hangars were supplied. Not a deal breaker, just a bit inconvenient."
