The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and start a load in the washer. If a large amount of towels are dirty, please split up the load.
Be sure to lock the back door
If a pet accompanied you during your stay, ensure all pet waste has been picked up and put in the trash before your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Well-behaved, housebroken dogs under 60lbs are allowed with owner approval and pet fee. Owners reserve the right to restrict the number of dogs.
Please bring your pet’s bedding as they are NOT permitted on the furniture or bedding.
Dispose of pet waste from the yard. Any pet waste removed by the cleaning crew will incur additional cleaning fees. No Smoking on the property.

Perfect Location

This home was the perfect for our stay! It is located within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and the beach. All amenties were exactly as described. It was clean and so beautifully decorated. The screened porch was a favorite relaxation spot for our group. We will most certainly book again for our next trip to Long Beach!
Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
