Location - The flat is located in Queen's Park is a leafy village in Central London. The flat's prime location features: -Located in the historic and storied City of Westminster – the same borough as Buckingham Palace; -Nearby shops (including a brand new M&S within sight of the flat!), pubs, cafes, restaurants, a royal park, and Britain's best Sunday farmers market; - easy transport links to Underground, Overground, trains, and buses (9 nearby bus routes and a stop across the street) - most importantly: it is SAFE! Neither we nor any of my guests have ever had a problem in this area.
Getting around - Previous guests have commented on the ease and number of transport options from the flat. All London airports are approximately one hour away. - Queen's Park Station is less than 5 minutes away and provides Overground and Tube (Bakerloo) services. Quick access - only 11 minutes - to the city center or main rail stations (Euston, Marylebone, West Hampstead, Victoria, or Paddington). - Numerous bus routes are available within a couple minutes walk. - Reserved parking options subject to availability - please inquire first.

Great host and perfect location for our London base. Accommodation accurately described and host provided great tips for local restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back in the future.
Nicole and Will have a very nice apartment and are friendly, helpful hosts. The location worked well with the tube station nearby, there are excellent restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.
The flat was clean and comfortable and our host Nicole was at all times helpful and communicative. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in a neighborhood that was not touristy and had wonderful local restaurants and shops, but also easy access to the tube (Bakerloo and Lioness lines) and many bus routes.
We had a great city trip as a family. Host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Flat is just few minutes away from the tube station and city is easy to reach. Flat was clean and as described.
Nicole was a wonderful host and was very responsive to our various questions. She also provided helpful information about the neighborhood including places to eat. Overall a great place to stay for our first trip to London!
Nicole’s flat certainly lived up to its 5-star billing. The ground floor location was perfect for an older couple like my wife and I and the proximity of mass transit and grocery shops was a real plus. The flat was well-fitted with everything you might need for a comfortable weeklong stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Nicole was a welcoming and thoughtful host. If we make another London trip in the future, Nicole’s flat will be at the top of our list for accommodations.
We stayed a week and did things all over London. The flat was very convenient to the Tube and bus stops. It was very comfortable and safe in the area. The property manager is very helpful and responsive!! We had a fabulous stay!!
Great communication with Nicole...appreciated all the "how to's" information she provided re the flat and the neighborhood. It was a comfy retreat at the end of busy days. Easy walk to tube for the Bakerloo line and, as we discovered, easy way into London on the Lioness line as well. We liked the convenience of the M&S grocery on the way home from the tube as well as several local restaurants.
We stayed for 4 nights when we first arrived in the UK for Christmas. The flat was lovely and cozy, with amazingly comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, quiet with everything you needed close by, including the tube only a short walk away. Nicole was an incredibly helpful host. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

The apartment is modern and has a very cool layout, the kitchen is especially beautiful! Lovely flat, well located in London. We could easily go to London, thanks to the bus 36, direct to Marple Arch and Victoria Station, around 30 minutes.
Very nice and clean flat in Queens park neighborhood. The host is very communitive and answered our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. We will definitely book it again if we visit London again.
Overall comfortable stay in this property with lots of space and a large kitchen. Was very easy to liaise with host, provided clear instructions and lots of information and was highly responsive to any of our needs or queries. Great location, close to tube station so easy for any travellers to get to and from major attractions.
We had a wonderful week-long stay for our Spring Break trip to London. The setup was just perfect with two bedrooms (with larger than typical beds for London!) and a comfortable couch for our family of 4. Communication with the host was fantastic - everything was easy to access, flat was clean with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus for our stay. Location was perfect to take the tube into London or grab a train out to Oxford as well as the Harry Potter studio tour. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are lots of great restaurants just down the road by the tube station. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a family stay with easy access into London!
We had a wonderful week in London exploring the city. The check in process was easy and Nicole responded quickly to the few questions we had during our visit. Her restaurant suggestions were very helpful - highly recommend this space if you are looking for something away from the tourist zone, with easy access to everything you want to see.
