- The flat is located in Queen's Park is a leafy village in Central London. The flat's prime location features:
-Located in the historic and storied City of Westminster – the same borough as Buckingham Palace;
-Nearby shops (including a brand new M&S within sight of the flat!), pubs, cafes, restaurants, a royal park, and Britain's best Sunday farmers market;
- easy transport links to Underground, Overground, trains, and buses (9 nearby bus routes and a stop across the street)
- most importantly: it is SAFE! Neither we nor any of my guests have ever had a problem in this area.

Getting around
- Previous guests have commented on the ease and number of transport options from the flat. All London airports are approximately one hour away.
- Queen's Park Station is less than 5 minutes away and provides Overground and Tube (Bakerloo) services. Quick access - only 11 minutes - to the city center or main rail stations (Euston, Marylebone, West Hampstead, Victoria, or Paddington).
- Numerous bus routes are available within a couple minutes walk.
- Reserved parking options subject to availability - please inquire first.

Great base for London adventures

Great communication with Nicole...appreciated all the "how to's" information she provided re the flat and the neighborhood. It was a comfy retreat at the end of busy days. Easy walk to tube for the Bakerloo line and, as we discovered, easy way into London on the Lioness line as well. We liked the convenience of the M&S grocery on the way home from the tube as well as several local restaurants.

Week long with adult family

We stayed a week and did things all over London. The flat was very convenient to the Tube and bus stops. It was very comfortable and safe in the area. The property manager is very helpful and responsive!! We had a fabulous stay!!

Great 3 generation stay

The Urban Oasis was perfect for our stay. The flat is spacious and well equipped. And quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Communication with the host was prompt. The internet is super fast and reliable. There is a big television with streaming apps that we didn’t use.We took the Underground daily - the Bakerloo line took us where we wanted to go. The station is under a ten minute walk from the flat. There is an excellent M & S store filled with prepared foods close to the station. There are also a number of restaurants and other stores. Beware of Gail’s Bakery’s seriously dangerous breads and pastries. I would highly recommend the Urban Oasis for your London stay.

Amazing host, amazing flat, amazing location

We just stayed at this flat for seven night during our one-week vacation to London with our 10, 7, and 4 year old.The flat itself was perfect for us - the laundry was extremely useful to have (we were able to pack less!). The room setups were perfect - two private bedrooms and then a giant pullout couch.The location was also amazing. This was our first time going to London, but everything was accessible from the Queens Park tube station, and it was easy to figure out. There is also a great grocery store 1 minute away from the flat.Finally, Nicole is an amazing host. Was extremely responsive and helpful!Highly recommend!

Clean and Comfortable Stay

This property was perfect for our recent spring break trip. As advertised, the flat has nice finishes and is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located and just a short walk to the nearest tube station. It also has a M&S food that is just a short walk away. The best part was Nicole, the property manager. She was amazing! This is the best experience I have had with a property manager. Thank you for a great stay, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!

Great location and setup for family trip!

We had a wonderful week-long stay for our Spring Break trip to London. The setup was just perfect with two bedrooms (with larger than typical beds for London!) and a comfortable couch for our family of 4. Communication with the host was fantastic - everything was easy to access, flat was clean with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus for our stay. Location was perfect to take the tube into London or grab a train out to Oxford as well as the Harry Potter studio tour. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are lots of great restaurants just down the road by the tube station. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a family stay with easy access into London!

Fantastic holiday base

We stayed for 4 nights when we first arrived in the UK for Christmas. The flat was lovely and cozy, with amazingly comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, quiet with everything you needed close by, including the tube only a short walk away. Nicole was an incredibly helpful host. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Lovely Stay!

Had a lovely stay at this apartment! Nicole was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great food recommendations and accommodating special requests. The apartment is modern and has a very cool layout, the kitchen is especially beautiful! The location is fantastic, only a 20 - 25minute walk from Notting Hill and just a few minute walk away from Queens Park station. Great host, great apartment!

Overall comfortable stay in this property with lots of space and a large kitchen. Was very easy to liaise with host, provided clear instructions and lots of information and was highly responsive to any of our needs or queries. Easy walk to the Queens Park train station

Super comfortable apartment for our family of 5 (2 adults plus 17, 15 and 11 year olds). Communication with host Nicole was easy and very quick responses. Nicole also provided lots of information about the area and local shops and restaurants. Queens Park area was perfect for us especially the easy walk to the train which has both overland and underground access. Quick to get into the city and in Zone 2.

Convenient spacious flat for our family

We had a wonderful week in London exploring the city. The check in process was easy and Nicole responded quickly to the few questions we had during our visit. Her restaurant suggestions were very helpful - highly recommend this space if you are looking for something away from the tourist zone, with easy access to everything you want to see.

Awesome stay

Very nice and clean flat in Queens park neighborhood. The host is very communitive and answered our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. We will definitely book it again if we visit London again.
