4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
1)Poor management of property. By my second week I had noticed there was a leak in the sink. Water would leak from the faucet and onto the counter where I had all my groceries so they were constantly wet. I communicated to the hosts to which they confirmed that they would replace the sink. The sink was not replaced at all during my stay. I checked in again the last week of my stay and they said they’d send a contractor to look at it. This contractor confirmed it was leaking and would tell the unit. To which the unit responded saying “We will be replacing it.” It was strange considering they already confirmed that 2 weeks ago and yet it was never replaced. 2)The shower doors would not close all the way. The overhead shower had nodes that would spray in different directions. Because of that, they would constantly spray outside the shower because the door didn’t close properly. I complained to the unit about the door, which they sent a contractor to look at. The contractor explained that in order to close the door “properly” I had to shut the doors firmly, which meant slamming the doors. He confirmed the magnetic fastening needed to be fixed. When I told the unit, they claimed nothing was wrong. 3)The WiFi was terrible. They gave me multiple networks to use and none of them worked well, despite claiming they had high speed WiFi. We’d often get kicked off the networks randomly. Sadly there’s a character limit so I can’t express everything, but I would not recommend staying.
