- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
- A £200 damage deposit is payable 48 hours before check-in
- Fully refundable after your stay, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required
