We enjoyed David's flat - it was easy to get to and the space was super cool. The rooms were great and comfy for the people that shared the space. We would definitely stay here again.
Location was very convenient near Kings Cross station but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was a quiet residential area. David was very responsive to our questions and was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage after a very long flight.
We arrived at Heathrow, enjoyed a busy day on the city and were so glad to arrive at your home to relax and regroup before l going to Coventry Garden for dinner. Great access to transportation. Nice neighborhood stay.
Our stay in David's flat was amazing. Great communication and flexibility from David and the flat couldn't have been better. Large indoor and outdoor space and exactly like the pictures. My kids were ready to move there! We will definitely return here on our next trip to London.

Plenty of space, with 3 bedrooms, and a huge kitchen, not to mention the comfy living room - this place is a gem! The owner, David, was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
Check in was easy and David was super responsive and helpful. Flat is great and great posters all around. Location is about a twenty minute walk to Camden and half that by bus. The pub in walking distance was awesome and the food was delicious. David put together a great guide to all the nearby things we could visit.

Great location and accommodations. Good security close to coffee shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Caledonian Tube station. Beds were all comfortable. It doesn't sleep 8 adults but there is an additional bed for kids. Nice and relaxing great room and patio. Kitchen was high end.
We had a wonderful time and could reach all the sites in London quickly by bus or tube. Google maps gave all the details for traveling by any form of transport.
Our London family vacation began with booking David’s flat.We received the most comprehensive instruction booklet that we have ever seen.When we arrived, the flat was clean and welcoming.Our sons and daughter-in-laws found the beds very comfortable.After a little sleep, they commented on how neat (cool!) the entire flat was and what a great experience it was to stay there.Great location — and two train stations.The bus stop was so close and convenient! Close to a main station & a chippy fish and chips shop.The kitchen is very large and perfect for all of us to enjoy a meal together.The terrace was relaxing and easy to access, even for people who are physically challenged.⸻The fish tank was a hit for the entire week! The grandkids loved it and were excited to find the sucker fish when it appeared. They still talk about it.We felt blessed to stay there and felt totally immersed in the London experience!The landlord was very responsive.Thank you, David!
My wife and I have stayed in VRBO properties in this general area on two other trips, and by far this property was the nicest and cleanest. On this trip we were traveling with two other couples and the flat was just perfect. David’s flat has just about everything you would need plus more. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were large and spacious. If you choose to eat in, instead of enjoying the nearby restaurants, you will be very happy. The kitchen is large, modern and has everything you would need to cook a meal. Conveniently, you will find a small market a short walk from the flat.
During the day, we were all out doing the tourist thing. Just outside the gate for the property is a bus stop that will take you to and from Kings Cross / St. Pancras Stations. Within 10 minutes or so (walk) from the property, you will find Caledonian Road Tube Station.
As a host, I found David extremely responsive and helpful. If I sent him a message, I could expect a response within the hour.
This is a very nice property with an excellent host, and I would highly recommend staying with David.

Communication with David was fantastic. Amenities and location were ok, some nice pubs and the nearby bakery Bike and Bread is fantastic!!! Overall a lovely stay
