Situated on the first floor of a secure gated development very close to transport links and within easy walking distance of great restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & general stores, this property is perfectly located for those wishing to visit Central London & the West End of London. It is approximately a 5 min bus ride from major transport connections at Elephant & Castle. There is secure, free off - street parking within the development & is located just outside the London Congestion Charge Zone. The apartment benefits from an elevator & step free access from street level. The property has wood flooring through out and a modern tiled bathroom with shower & full sized bath tub.

There is a private, south west-facing, terrace with a dining table that can seat 4. The apartment has a double bedroom and a 2nd large bedroom with 2 small double beds. The property comes with combi gas central-heating.
