The newly renovated property sleeps up to 6 guests (with use of sofa bed) and features spacious rooms with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), A large living room, fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. With restaurants, shops bars and great transport links on your doorstep, this is the ideal London base.
The Space:
A newly renovated 2 bedroom property, elevated from street level and set across 2 floors, there is more than enough space for up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city. There is a large bright living space with smart tv (netflix iplayer etc) sofa and large dining table to enjoy meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials need to cook meals at home. Upstairs there are 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), with comfortable beds made up with crisp linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as complimentary toiletries and towels provided for all guests. There is high speed wifi throughout the property.

Located less than 1 minute walk from than Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line), central London can be reached within 10 minutes. You also have an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all on your doorstep. Just 15 minutes walk away is Westfield Shopping centre, home to hundreds of high street shops, as well as restaurants and a cinema. You will alsso be within easy reach of the Olympic park, famous for hosting the 2012 Olympics and home to West Ham Football Stadium, Copper Box Arena, London Aquatics Centre and ArcelorMittal Orbit.
Getting Around:
Less than 1 minute from Maryland station, you can take the Elizabeth Line to Central London within 10 Minutes.
Stratford International Station is just 15 minutes walk away with access to a number of underground lines as well as rail links to the rest of the country. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road around the corner from the property.

- There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.

We were late for our check in and I was able to have my cousin Kevin check in for us. The manager was very accommodating in that regard. During check in we were informed that there were no cutlery. Once we settled in we found no forks spoons or knives were in the house. Additionally there was a minimal amount of Toilet paper and no paper towel or Kleenex. We spent the next morning at the store buying these items and food. We found the location near my cousins and the tube beneficial. While the pictures are accurate it would be a good idea to add cutlery and a chair or two to the family room as well as some books and or plants to the built in book shelves. These details will make your guest feel more at home.
Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut. Man ist direkt an der Underground und ist schnell überall. Abzüge in der Gesamtbewertung gibt es für die Sauberkeit, die könnte deutlich besser sein, sowie für den fehlenden Föhn (in der Ausstattung wird dieser aufgeführt). Außerdem ist die Toiletten im oberen Badezimmer aufgrund der unpassenden Ausrichtung nur schlecht zu benutzen.
