Good location and they allowed me to check in early after an overnight flight. Very flexible and prompt replies.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed, decent kitchen, although providing salt, pepper and cooking oil would be very helpful (had to buy everything). Very poor communication. A number of things were not working: very difficult to get into the front door (took us an hour after an overnight flight and we were exhausted), lockbox to get apartment key would not open, wall thermometer did not work and apartment was super hot/stuffy, safe did not work. Both the wall thermometer and safe only needed new batteries, which we informed guestservices right away (by email, only way to communicate). Both were not fixed until Thursday (we checked in on Sunday). Living room couch was very small and uncomfortable. Glass tabletop wobbled.

A fantastic opportunity to stay in a modern property in central London without any hassle or fuss. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Double-paned windows allowed us to simply ignore the busy high street below. All in all, you simply can't beat this location.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The internet was very poor upon our arrival and it took 3 days before the problem was resolved by installing a new modem. The bed was not very comfortable and the bedroorm blinds were not very suitable.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e tenuto in ottime condizioni molto spazioso, ottimo wifi e riscaldamento. Dotato di ogni comfort. La zona é molto tranquilla e dista a pochi passi, 100 mt circa, dalla linea metropolitana Chancery lane ( central ) L'indicazioni prima dell'arrivo sono state molto ben dettagliate. Ritornerai nolto volentieri
