Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Unable to even get into apartment. No answer from contact details of owner of apartment- number no longer in use. Absolutely no support or help from Expedia. Spent 4 hours trying to find apartment and get support with three children out in the cold on new year's eve hours away from home.
Absolutely awful experience.
