General Rules

Pets are allowed only if authorized in advance and incur an additional fee

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by someone over 22, or approved by the host in advance

No smoking inside the apartment

Quiet hours: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am; no loud music or disruptive behaviour

Respect the space and keep all areas tidy

Tidiness

Leave the apartment reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges

Used towels should be left in the bathroom; clean towels on the bedroom chair

Use bins for all rubbish

Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out

Failure to follow rules may result in deductions from the security deposit (applies to non-Airbnb guests only)

Follow agreed check-in and check-out times

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £20 per hour

Online Check-In (Non-Airbnb Guests Only)

Non-Airbnb guests must complete an online check-in, including uploading ID and providing a security deposit prior to arrival
