We also have a 9kg washing machine and a large fridge freezer, providing ample space for all your laundry and food storage needs. Additionally, we have included a full set of cookware and utensils, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
For your convenience, we have also added a toaster and kettle, perfect for those quick breakfasts or tea breaks. And because safety is paramount, we have installed a heat, smoke and fire alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm for your peace of mind.

To add to your comfort, each room comes equipped with a lamp and is stocked with soft and fluffy Egyptian cotton towels. We believe these touches will make you feel right at home and ensure a truly relaxing stay. Guest access We would like to share some important guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Our property features a delightful U5’s play area and a serene garden where you can unwind and enjoy the communal surroundings. However, please be mindful that this is a residential area, so we kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum to respect our neighbours.
Additionally, we request that you refrain from interacting with neighbours and smoking both inside and outside the property. Please avoid lingering around the building to smoke in the entrance way and communal areas to maintain the comfort and privacy of all residents.
We appreciate your cooperation in being courteous and polite at all times, ensuring a harmonious environment for everyone. Other things to note In the event you manage to lose your keys, please notify the Host immediately. There will be a charge of £250 for lost keys and call out charges to let you back into the flat.

Luggage drop off is only permitted with prior arrangements. This is dependent on the housekeeper, there may be a small charge.
