Excellent place to stay if you are transiting through Heathrow. There's not a lot surrounding the property in terms of entertainment; however, we went for a walk and found lots of green spaces. People were playing soccer, walking their dogs, etc. It was pleasant.

For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. This one act failed the facility but wait there’s more. My wife is a Bonvoy member and when requesting credit I was told because we booked it through Expedia, she couldn’t do that. I believe that is absolutely incorrect. Anyway the property is nice’, the bed comfortably but some of the staff are LTA “less than adequate”.

My wife and I stayed one night on a long layover and it was very convenient and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It was a ten minute Uber ride to Hayes an Harrington subway station that leads you to the rest of London which was very convenient for us to go sightseeing.

The hotel is comfortable enough for an overnight stay near the airport, however, no shuttle buses from the Airport to the Hotel are available, so taking a city cab is necessary (around £15). Shuttles are available from Hotel to the Airport but they cost about the same price as a city cab.|

Didnt like they charged me 50£ for early check -in when I got there at after 11am. Didnt like that I paid 20£ for breakfast- brekky ended at 10:30 and I got there at 11ish. They would not allow me to use the credit at the brunch which started after the breakfast and would not refund the cost. And charged me 50£ for a deposit. This is not a welcoming hotel for me. Supper at Carlucci's in the hotel was great however however. Room was dated, but bed was comfortable.

Pictures of the property were deceiving. Bedroom was dusty, surfaces were dirty, it appeared items of cleaning had been missed or is not frequently cleaned. Bathroom faucet was stained. Once closed the plug in the sink could not be re-opened in the morning. Pictures on the website presented the public space entrance as quite grand and accurate, bedrooms were quite dated and I would have chosen the airport Hilton had it been for not for this. Staff nice. Sadly disappointing stay.

The halls smelled so bad and the room was not turned and cleaned there was still garbage on the basket from the previous people. The carpet was as so dirty and the bed and pillows smelled The entrance is ok and staff are nice but the hotel is terrible. The location is what you expect around the airport so average. It feels safe.

Checked in easily with the friendly and professional Silpa. Easy Uber drop off, great check in, sparkling clean, immaculate lobby, great family room, great executive lounge with a nice choice of food and beverages for the evening and breakfast. Stayed one night, would’ve loved to stay another as all the family were completely relaxed. Will definitely return, our new Heathrow hotel!

This is a real nice hotel, with a fully equipped gym and a large indoor swimming pool. Our only complaint is that it no longer is part of the Hoppa Bus shuttle service from Heathrow Airport, so we had to take a cab one way and a "private" car service back the next morning. We thought that staying at a hotel right near the airport would include a shuttle bus - preferably free.

Hotel fantastic. No staff on reception seemingly at any point in the day to take a phone call. All to do with checking in and simply wanting my wife to check in during the day without me when she wasn't named on the booking. As we couldn't get hold of the hotel we ended up checking in when I was available at 10pm. Two very tired children indeed.

We were very happy with our stay at the Marriott near Heathrow. The restaurant and bar were lovely and the rooms were clean and quiet, which we appreciated.

Don’t trust the deposit return
The Marriott continue to hold my deposit despite checking out on 6th February. I was at the front desk on Thursday 15th asking for my deposit to be released. I phoned today, 22nd February and it still remains pending with my bank. I have been assured twice that it is sorted and it will be looked into. Yet to be resolved.
