Firstly, the room was not what we expected. The bathroom was the worst part of the flat. The toilet seat was so small that you ended up sitting on part of the toilet rim which is not acceptable. The cleanliness of the flat was also questionable. The title has brand new in it and there is no way this flat was new or even newly remodeled. The bedding and pillows were old and stained and the pull out bed wasn’t made even though we had made the reservation for 3 people. The flat was close to Kings Cross which was ideal. However, I wouldn’t recommend this flat to anyone and I would not stay here if visiting London again.
