A little bit disappointed to be honest....
The property was in the heart of Cheam Village which was lovely. However, the entire apartment could do with a touch of paint as it looked 'tired' and a bit scruffy. Bedrooms need a mirror in each of them. I wont be staying there again - despite the great location.

Clean and quiet after 10:00 pm
We had a good stay at John’s flat. We wish that there were a set of dresser drawers for our clothes as we then had to live out of our suitcases. The pub next door was pretty loud until it closed at 10:00 pm, but otherwise a good stay.
