A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries and supplies are provided at check in and on a weekly basis for those staying longer than 7 nights.

· For your convenience this is a self-check in property and keyless apartment and keys are located 10 min away from the property

· Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival

· There apartment is situated on the ground and lower ground floors

· The apartment has a centrally managed heating system

· The apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. However, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know  

· Maximum occupancy is 6 people

Frankie’s No-Nos

It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:

· No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.

· No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.  

· No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards – the lock box is located five minutes from the apartment Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night

Frankie Says...there’s no FOMO in Fitzrovia! This is the sweet spot for a lively London stopover. Set in central London’s buzzing West End, Fitzrovia is a treasure trove of activities and attractions.

For world-class shopping, head to nearby Tottenham Court Road, home to a wealth of well-known brands. 10 minutes’ walk away are top entertainment hubs like Oxford Circus and Soho, and if you’re keen to splash the cash, Bond Street, home to bling retailers like Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Tiffany & Co.

We get it, not everyone’s on a jolly. Our comfy crib is also within 10 minutes’ walk of University College London Hospitals (UCLH). You can also hop on any of the nearby tubes to get around the capital swiftly.
