The staff was really great. Polite, accommodating, and happy to help.
I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, cereal, porridge, granola, fruit, teas, coffees, and more.
We were put in the lower ground floor room 101. It was a spacious room with a standard bed and pull-out couch. The room was fine, although a bit dated. The only thing that bothered me is that the large windows opened up to a bricked area that seemed like it could be accessed by anyone, and I wasn't confident in the window locks.
