This penthouse bedroom is a 35m2 private space with your front door, en suite bathroom, double bed, and a large private balcony. The balcony has spectacular views of St Paul's Cathedral, and the room is triple-glazed to block out any noise from the street. It is newly refurbished with luxury decoration and in a magnificent building. The foyer of the building has running waterfalls and exotic plants, and there is a shared balcony overlooking this foyer if you wish to use it.
Please note this home has no kitchen, but we will provide a kettle.
This room also has a private entrance.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This room is in the heart of the City of London. From the balcony, you can see St Paul's Cathedral, which is only a 5-minute walk from the building. The Millennium Bridge is situated next door to the building, only a 2-minute walk away. The Globe Theatre is just across the bridge, and London South Bank, The Shard, The Tower of London, and many other attractions are all within walking distance.
A wide variety of bars and restaurants are nearby, in the City of London and across the bridge on the South Bank. Any food you can imagine is available within a short walking distance. There is also an excellent restaurant/bar in the building if you want somewhere more convenient!
This building is in an ideal location for using the underground. Mansion House station (2 min walk), St Paul's station (7 min walk), Bank station (7 min walk), Cannon Street station (10 min walk), London Bridge (12 min walk) and Blackfriars station (7 min walk). There are many buses that go from outside St Paul's, so getting around London will never be a difficulty!
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Check-in process was simple. The property was very clean and the location couldn’t have been better. It was easy getting around using the tube system, highly recommended getting the oyster card. We would definitely recommend this property.
Great place, in a great location!! Nice neighborhood with easy access to bus and trains. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. Easy to get around from. Good information, check in was smooth! Loved this local.
This is a nice space. Nothing special, but it got the job done. Pretty decent location close to Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the tube.

As advertised and outstanding location
This was a great stay! Location was steps from Thames River Walk, less than 10 minutes from St. Paul’s and the Underground, and midway between Big Ben and Tower of London. Room was perfect size for a couple and in a quiet building. No kitchen, but that is clearly advertised. Would definitely stay again. Try the Samuel Pepys Pub right around the corner!
The property was just as advertised, very clean, great location, and also very safe. I loved the view and the walk along the Thames. We will definitely try to rebook when we return to London. Easy access to everything from Mansion House Station.

Great location. Bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work. Only ventilation in place is if balcony doors open, otherwise was really stuffy inside - when outdoor temp was below 20c. Need to have balcony doors open to get any air, but the road is super noisy 20hrs a day. Super location and affordable for London. Would recommend, but know what you are getting...

The room was very clean and felt like a home. I appreciated how quiet it was. It is close to the tube and I enjoyed my stay!

Accommodation was good. Bed was fabulously comfortable. Location was was good for the river path and easy walking distance to St Pauls (about 10 mins). Check in/out was easy. Would stay again

Very happy with the room and area. It's had everything i needed and everyone was friendly. Very easy to get about being near many underground tube stations.
The room was lovely however, there was a problem with the shower. The hot water did not work so I had to do without a shower for the two days I was there.
Room was clean. Host was easy to speak with and was always readily available, had an issue with rubbish and host dealt with it very promptly and was apologetic about the whole thing. Location was fantastic. Had a pedestrian bridge around the corner of the building that we were able to walk along the piers to wherever we needed to go. We did hop on/off bus and there’s a stop at St-Paul’s cathedral that it’s less than 5 minute walk back to the building. Lots of options for restaurants and or grocery stores. Only suggestion that I could recommend is a bar fridge. Regardless this place hit all our expectations.
The property is nice, checking in and out is a pain in the butt because you have to go to a shop 7 minutes away to collect keys
Also you have to pay using their own link within 2 hours of booking this, it’s not done through VRBO/Expedia
