Just a 10-minute walk to Kennington Station and 15 minutes to Oval, both on the Northern Line, this contemporary duplex is ideally located near Kennington Park. Walworth Road, with its essential shops, charming local stores, and eateries, is just a 13-minute stroll away. The home is filled with natural light from large floor-to-ceiling windows and fully furnished with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with plush seating, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals. Step outside to the small private terrace, perfect for morning coffee with a book or alfresco dinners with friends and family.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, dressed in freshly laundered linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with complimentary towels and toiletries provided.
For your comfort and safety, the home is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Kennington is especially popular with young professionals, families, and students thanks to its close proximity to central London and excellent transport links. Visitors can enjoy Kennington Park, a pleasant green space ideal for relaxing walks and outdoor activities. The area is also home to The Oval cricket ground, where exciting matches take place throughout the cricket season.
Visiting during the week is ideal, as the neighbourhood tends to be quieter, allowing you to experience its local atmosphere without the larger weekend crowds.
My home is within walking distance of the Northern Line and various bus stops at Walworth Road. Additionally, services like UBER, Addisson Lee and Bolt are available for hire in London.
Depending on the route and traffic conditions, Heathrow Airport will take 40 minutes by car. Alternatively, it'll take 16 minutes via Heathrow Express from Paddington Station.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
