The host was very reachable and responsive and the apartment was cute. But unfortunately it was very dirty. The bedding smelled horribly of mildew and I found spots of visible mildew on the comforter. The shower was filled with mold/mildew and soap scum. The other shower barely drained. We found a potato in the cupboard with 20cm long sprouts. The apartment is old and things are broken and creaky and that’s no problem at all, but the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. I would recommend relabeling the oven as there are no markings for either the settings or the temps. The location is good, 10 minute walk to the tube. The apartment is very roomy and having two separate beds and bathrooms is great. But it needs a deep clean.
