This version is more suitable for a personal blog, a formal complaint letter, or a longer review where you want to provide more context about your experience."The best part of this property is its location, which is wonderfully close to the DLR and several bus routes, making it a great base for exploring London. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by several maintenance and communication problems.Upon arrival, we were met with a frustrating check-in delay due to a lost key. After an overnight flight and a drive from the airport, waiting for a replacement key was not the start we had hoped for. The next morning, a stranger showed up at our door claiming to be an electrician, with no prior warning from the landlord. This was an alarming and uncomfortable experience that could have been easily avoided with better communication.Throughout our stay, we faced additional issues. The kitchen needs significant work on the floors and countertops, and there's a serious gap between the hallway and main bedroom floors that poses a safety risk. A broken washing machine took two days to be repaired, and a problem with a cabinet door was never fixed, despite us reporting it twice. Overall, while the location is ideal, the lack of property maintenance and poor communication from the management team significantly impacted our vacation."
