Charming Chelsea 2 Bed Pied a Terre - Beautiful Private Roof Terrace

  • Beautiful 1st Floor, Victorian 2 Bedroom apartment situated on a quiet road in a fantastic location between South Kensington, Chelsea and Earls Court. The apartment is very close to the beautiful Redcliffe Square - a trendy and lovely area in London. Stunning private South West facing Roof Garden Terrace. Completely refurbished and renovated to high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one would need for a perfect stay. Bedrooms have high-quality beds & we only supply Egyptian Cotton Linen and best quality towels. There is a sofa bed in the Living Room. WIFI and TV.
    Maximum 4 guests.
    The 2nd bedroom has a quality small double bed, bedside table and drawers under the bed and is compact. There is extra hanging space just outside in the Living Room. Although our apartment is small it is very well kitted out. Perfectly located, where my husbanded I try much enjoying staying ourselves regularly as it is our second home.
    We love that the apartment is in a great location allowing easy access to all that London has to offer, yet it is in a peaceful street and the Terrace is so lovely where one can relax at the end of a busy day and really unwind.

    We also are happy to offer complimentary airport pick-up but subject to availability, where we meet you at Arrivals and drive you directly to our apartment for check-in.

    5 mins walk away is Hollywood Road which has a bustling pub (serving great 'fish and chips') and there are several restaurants from a family pizza Italian to fine dining. We provide full directions and off a list of recommendations to all of our guests.
    10 mins walk away is Chelsea's famous Kings Road, which is full of unique fashion boutiques / cafes and restaurants.
    10 mins walk away is Chelsea football club (Stamford bridge) where you can take tours and visit this famous football stadium.
    7 mins away is Brompton cemetery which is a favourite for locals to enjoy strolling through the gardens, seeing the historic graves dating back hundreds of years and there is also a lovely coffee shop at the entrance.

    If you want to go further afield perhaps visiting Stonehenge or the historic town of Bath we can offer private custom day tours where we can design a tour around the sites you would like to see but also add in our own extensive experience of the English countryside / beautiful villages and castles, etc.

This was our second time staying at the flat when visiting London and had another excellent experience. It’s in a great location making it easy to get to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and Underground stations to see the sights. The kitchen has what you need to put a meal together easily. A charming place to come back too after a day out in London. Highly recommend this flat! The owners make it an enjoyable visit.

The trip started out with a very gracious airport pick up from Dave! They provided all of the essentials for a perfect stay including a few items for breakfast at the flat! The rooms were so cozy and warm. The location to the tube was perfect and Shelly even helped out with booking a tea for my wife and my daughter while the guys were at the Chelsea match. Dave stayed in touch to make sure all of needs were met. We love London and cant wait to return to the Charming Chelsea 2 bedroom with a private terrace.

We had an amazing stay at Shelley and Dave's flat. It's in a lovely and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to the tube, shops & restaurants. Shelley gave us some wonderful recommendations which included a meal at an Indian restaurant that we will never forget. Dave was also kind enough to give us a ride from the train station as we were coming from Paris. They not only made our stay so easy & comfortable but memorable. But next time we plan on visiting when the weather is a bit warmer so we can take advantage of the beautiful garden terrace. Thank you so much Shelley & Dave!

A terrific spot to use as a base to explore London. Quiet street, central to everything and fantastic hosts. It's sparkling clean and well equipped - we made dinner there a few nights. Easy to get to restaurants and groceries too. - although the hosts provide a great set up of light fruit and fridge necessities to get your holiday started. The offer to pick us up at Heathrow was a treat and Dave was beyond gracious to suggest helping my son pick up his new apartment key and drop his gear there as a side trip. I would definitely recommend the location too - it allows you to get to everything easily, but also retreat from the chaos and bustle of the big city at the end of the day. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Shelley and Dave’s flat was great. Their hospitality put our London experience over the top, and we felt so welcomed. The flat has two bedrooms - perfect for the three of us. With a kitchen, dining area and den, plus the outdoor patio, it was exactly what we needed to make my husband’s big birthday trip amazing. The neighborhood is charming and very walkable, with pubs, restaurants and shops. Shelley and Dave were terrific hosts, even helping us secure tickets to things we wanted and helping us navigate systems that were unfamiliar. The airport transportation also was really comforting because we were not familiar with the logistics. We loved our trip, and a large part of that is attributed to our wonderful hosts. The awesome flat had a convenient location and David and Shelley were wonderful hosts. They were communicative by text and so helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this lovely flat. Dave and Shelley were wonderful hosts, he even picked us up at the airport which was amazing. The flat was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the terrace was lovely, we didn’t get to enjoy it that much because it was too chilly the week we were there. The location was great and Dave and Shelley gave us some wonderful restaurantRecommendations. We very much enjoyed the restaurants a few blocks away on Hollywood Rd. . I will say that the flat is smaller than it appears in the photos-definitely a 2 person stay. Would stay here again tho!

Cozy stay in Chelsea

Highly recommend this cozy flat for a stay in London. It’s located in a quiet and easy to get too neighborhood in Chelsea. Owners were great to work with and are quick to respond to questions or a suggestion of what to do. The flat is near two tube stations, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of great streets to walk down and near the Thames river. The flat had plenty of room for the thee adults. Kitchen was well appointed to make meals or a snack. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

A Home away Home

We loved staying here, starting with the very warm welcome we received from the host, the genuinely homely feel of the apartment which had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a week long stay, the light airy lounge and lovely quiet rear patio perfect for afternoon drinks. On a quiet street yet an easy walk to trains, cafes and pubs. We used it as a base to go to the cricket, tennis and theatres in central London. We can’t wait to return.

Best host experience. Very special owners that care about your experience. So grateful for Dave’s transport from the airport and personalized attention in showing us the apt. He left some groceries which was amazing after a long flight. The area is close to the Tube and very safe. Loved having the washer and dryer and very good wifi. Close to a grocery store with a rolling cart provided at the apt. Light blocking curtains, comfortable beds, and good water pressure. Chelsea comfort

We were very comfortable in this airy, bright flat and were able to take advantage of the back deck in glorious weather. It helped to start our week with some basics in the kitchen and we really had everything we needed in the flat. Space for suitcases, etc. is not plentiful but the spare bedroom made that issue disappear. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel extremely welcome.

Cozy Chelsea flat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shelley and Dave's flat. Super cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and more which began with a super helpful pick up from Heathrow airport. Dave delivered us to the flat and gave us keys and all the important info. There were even groceries left for us which made breakfast so so nice the next morning. They were very responsive to any and all questions and super helpful with tips about local restaurants and walks. The neighborhood is very nice on a quiet street and about a 7 min walk to the tube. Amazing Stay!

16 Westgate Terrace provided the perfect backdrop for our two-week stay in London! From booking to arrival all communications were seamless, efficient and gracious. This set the tone beautifully for what was to come. Our flat was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout. Wonderful apartment in London

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is in a quiet location in beautiful neighborhood a short walk from Earl’s Court, with easy access to all parts of London. The rooms are relatively small, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were lucky to have nice weather and enjoyed a few meals on the terrace. Shelley and David were out of town during our stay, but were able to answer all of our questions over the phone. After our long flight we appreciated the breakfast foods and snacks that were left for us. We hope to return to this wonderful apartment next time we visit London!
