    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
    DO NOT BOOK based on the listing photos. Our experience was completely different from what was presented. Check-in was a disaster. The access link would not load on multiple phones or our laptop, leaving us outside for about 40 minutes with our children and seven pieces of luggage. The lift was also broken, forcing us to carry everything up the stairs. Inside, we found heavily stained bedroom carpets with dark brown stains of unknown origin that looked extremely unsanitary, a stained sofa, crumbs and debris on the floors, bottle caps under the beds, damaged baseboards, and a toilet area that did not appear properly cleaned. There was also no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only fans, and an extremely loud bar is located only a few feet from the apartment. The host later acknowledged that stains left by previous guests could not be fully removed and that the carpet was scheduled to be replaced. We photographed the conditions, reported everything immediately, and chose not to stay because we did not feel the apartment was sanitary or appropriate for our children. Despite this, we were refused a meaningful refund. The listing photos were highly misleading compared with what we encountered. I would absolutely not stay here again and strongly recommend others think twice before booking.
