The space
We have 3 rooms with 2 upstairs with double bed and wardrobe space. One of the upstairs rooms also has a sofa.
The room downstairs is split into two and each part has a double bed. The far room which leads to the garden has an en suite shower and toilet which they can choose to share with others to use privately.
The front living room has 3 sofas with 2 of the sofas being able convert into open flat sleeping beds.

Guests can access all rooms available. One of the rooms is locked up which is used for storage but all rooms and spaces from the living room to the kitchen and garden are all available.
