Stamford Bridge Hotel London
The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment which is not advertised. There is no signage to redirect guests to Reception which is in the other building. Drilling and hammering began just after 9am on Friday and Saturday morning. Reception did not answer the phone when I tried to complain. At check ...

Hotel Lily
Was not clean. Blood on the pillows, bathroom door didn’t shut, plug sockets didn’t work and no TV. There was tea and coffee but no cups or kettle.
