"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
"Location was perfect. Hotel was tidy. Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, ..."

Royal Garden Hotel
"Hotel was lovely, staff at the 10th floor restaurant were so attentive and food was amazing. Manager in the breakfast restaurant however was not helpful. I was looking for staff member to ask question he caught my eye twice and turned away twice very rude."
