Fails to mention that if your room is below down in the basement, you will hear the underground trains constantly and wake up to the noises as well! makes the whole room vibrate which is not exactly convenient. Toilet paper is just soft tissue that you would use for your hands and were provided with about 15 sheets for two people. Only stayed for one night so this wasn’t too much of a problem just slightly inconvenient. Overall staff were lovely and the room was cosy for a night with an ideal location

If you just need a place to stay in central London. I highly recommend it but only if you need it just for a night. No fancy stuff, no elevator and the staff is lukewarm. So in general you get what you paid for. Padding area is nice so I like the location.
