The breakfast is super high quality, with home made bread, fresh fruits, great coffee, juice, and many options…the pools are both fine. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Would book again! "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof. I could hear noises from the road, especially when people road rage after midnight till 3am. Then prayer started at 4.30am. I was able to get about an hour of sleep. "

"I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!"

"The hotel itself was really good. It's very quiet, and the room is excellent for the price you pay. However, it's a long walk into town, and the area around it is under construction, so outside the hotel itself is rather dirty. But overall, I liked it very much."
