Air-conditioner was not working properly. Very weak cooling and turns off after 1 hr cooling. No hot water in bathroom. Room advertised as twin room with 2 twin beds but we were given room with 2 single beds and 1 single mattress on floor. Breakfast buffet very basic and slow to replenish.

Hotel is in terrible condition, bathroom full of mould and stains and roof starting to collapse, service is friendly enough but wouldn’t recommend staying here. Made a bad impression of Indonesia on our first night.

OK for a one night stopover.

This was only a one night stopover on our way to Gili Air. It did the trick but would not rave about it. Breakfast was very limited for Westerners and they did not really understand English which made it difficult. Our pickup was missed at the airport as there was confusion over names. The ones that could speak English were very accommodating and helpful.
