"Shower wasn’t good not a watering can or power shower something below … couldn’t connect tv to any apps rooms borderline tired especially bathrooms "

"This is a lovely hotel the only thing that let it down was the evening meal . Every night choices on the menu weren’t available. We stayed 5 nights and the evening meals were disappointing. We asked to speak to the chef and were told that all the meals came in frozen except the steak and didn’t resemble a rump steak it was shaped like a jenga brick and grossly we were offer gravy which we had to pay extra for and it only came with a few chips and rocket with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Very disappointing I expected better from a Hilton hotel who we have stayed with before and never been disappointed "

"The welcome was good. Booked parking and was told which bay was ours for the night. Executive room was huge, needing updating but clean. Bed was super hard pillows thin so didn't sleep too well. Informed the receptionist on check out but she only wished us a safe journey home. No mention of the poor sleep. The executive breakfast was superb, a mixture of continental and cooked. The gentleman looking after us really lovely and efficient, thank you. Can't comment on the bar as we didn't use it, but 2 coach parties were making use of itm "

"Excellent, clean room with a comfortable bed and a great view over open country side out of the windows. Breakfast also first class. "

"Fantastic holiday, great countryside views. Very clean, well equipped, I didn’t need to take anything with me, it had everything from spare toilet roll to marigold gloves, I even completed the jigsaw that had been provided for us 😃. Could have stayed longer. The only negative being, we struggled with the heating a little to try and maintain a consistent temperature, did say to Dawn and she thanked me for letting her know and said she’d sort it out. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Yorkshire Dales."
