Our king room was on the third floor which was great but some may find it difficult to carry their bags up there without a lift. I'm sure a staff member would have helped if needed. Great food/bar options within the building. Short walk to the Esplanade which was lovely. We had a wonderful stay."

The building is quirky and has so much going for it… probably several £££ million to bring it up to 4* standards, but the staff were super friendly and the room we were assigned was brilliant and had lovely views over the port. Also accommodated for our dog which was really appreciated. The restaurant served a great dinner too and the Scottish breakfast gave us a cracking start on our onward journey. Thank you !"
