"The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."

"Loved this hotel! Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. Great location close to lots of shopping and dining. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was AMAZING! Irine at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Loved that we were able to have our luggage held before and after our stay. We will return. "

"Staff was great, room okay for 3 people. Breakfast buffet was good but did lack in the beverage section. Coffee machines broken, was there for 6 days and not one repaired, juices were almost always empty. Found that when bus tour groups were in need to have more staff. Felt bad for the staff in the dining area as they really worked hard to keep up. Hotel a little off the main streets but got used to it pretty quick. "

"I stayed in the Courtroom and was pleasantly surprised with how comfy the beds were. Bathrooms were clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious, and I liked the option of pre-ordering it through their guest portal to save a few ££. Would recommend!"
