"The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The

area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the

area and the smell drifted over the

area. All in all a good experience. "

"The hotel is in general very nice. The location (with the view from the balcony) is really outstanding. The

area is very spacious and nice. Really good to relax and calm down. Breakfast was good- enough and something fro everybody- but not overhelmed. The beach is in front of the door and really good located. Unfortunately the elevator down to the beach did not work. As we went 04.04.2025 -07.04.2025 I assume, the hotel was not yet prepared for the high season- only 1 of 3 elevators...

"Fine for a couple of nights but difficult to sleep due to a combination of very basic beds and people returning to their rooms in the early hours (even though in Palmanova it’s pretty close to Magaluf). "Stay away from this place. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The shower head was wobbly and kept in place by a single screw. The bathroom was so small that I had to sit sideways on the toilet. My arms kept hitting the wall when I was showering because the place was so small. The sink and the floor were not washed any of the days. I had to mop the floor myself using paper. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was served in their sister-hotel 200m down the street. The buffet...

"The people working at the Hotel did everything to make our visit a pleasant one they were extremly helpful! It was very clearing and tidy in the Hotel. We heard som noise in the evening/Night through the Wallström that are quite thin. The breakfast and the food was good and the location great right next to the beach. "

"Excellent service from all the staff. They really do care about their guests. Location is convenient with local busses to the airport and beach about 2 minutes walk. Lots to do in the area. The hotel has 3 pools, all well maintained and clean around the decking/sunlounger. Breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine. Really can’t fault this hotel we had a fab time."
