Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveller. Hotel is older but it’s been redone and was pretty nice. Loved that we had direct beach access and the view from the balcony was stunning. Would probably stay here again if I came back to the island. Every interaction I had with the staff was good and they were very nice.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view. The walls are a bit thin. But we slept fine. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant was alway clean and tidy. Pool was cold and could go with being cleaned a bit more frequently. I would definitely stay here again tho.

If you want to stay in this area, this is the ideal place for pool and beach without the craziness of others. It is at end of beach which is really nice. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping took/misplaced my pajamas one day and I never got them back and had to follow up with staff, but no success. This was very disappointing indeed, but otherwise great stay.

Great place, super nice staff, beach 30 seconds walk away. Only things are air conditioning isn’t great, had it on as low as possible room still super hot at night had to leave the balcony door open for cooler air. Bed also not comfy, very hard and pillows not great. Other than that perfect place for a week away.

I was expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, this hotel felt more like a 2-star. The room was basic and lacked comfort, and almost everything came with an extra charge, even simple things like a water kettle, which cost €10 to “rent.” For the price and supposed rating, the overall experience was underwhelming. When I arrived, I briefly parked in front of the hotel to check in and get access to the parking, but an employee came out and rudely told me to move because I was blocking the staff parking area. Unfortunately, there’s no designated unloading zone, and the night staff were not very welcoming. The morning staff, however, were much more courteous and friendly. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear every word our neighbours were saying.

The beds were awful - hard as a rock. It was party central for the 18-23 crowd. After the clubs closed they would head to the beach and you could hear them from about 4:30 am to 8:30 am partying on the beach. Overall the facility is dated and needs a facelift. If you are not in the 19-23 age group and looking to party then stay somewhere else. The views from the rooms were great.

This poor attitude of custoer service in Europe, room not ready till check in time. Low season for tourism. Rooms are ready. They know how to tell you to be out by noon or extra charges apply. They nickel and dime things. Would not see this in America. They be out of business.

Nice get away for a few days..

The hotel is in general very nice. The location (with the view from the balcony) is really outstanding. The pool area is very spacious and nice. Really good to relax and calm down. Breakfast was good- enough and something fro everybody- but not overhelmed. The beach is in front of the door and really good located. Unfortunately the elevator down to the beach did not work. As we went 04.04.2025 -07.04.2025 I assume, the hotel was not yet prepared for the high season- only 1 of 3 elevators working (which was fine.,..!) The check in could be improved with more staff- long waiting times. The Gym was ok- but the the heaviest dumpbell 14KG.. Could be improved as well. Around the Hotel- Magaluff- is more for UK guests- but you can find nice spots there as well and do everything by foot (except Balneariio or Palma town)

Overall an unpleasant experience. The hotel room had A/c that did not get cold, when the issue was brought up to reception they said a piece was broken on the roof. It never got fixed and reception was useless to get the A/C working. It was hot the entire stay. The shower drain and sink drain were both clogged upon arrival. The water from the shower constantly spilled into the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was good, not worth staying, though. The view and proximity to the beach and shops were what we paid for. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was very plain and minimal.

I made a reservation for 579€ for 2 people for 3 nights, and once I got to the hotel they try to charge me 379€ extra since for them the price was different on the date I arrived and apparently I made a reservation only for 1 person. I made this reservation like 3 weeks before going. Not really a clear explanation on why I needed to pay 379 extra when on my booking it showed 3 nights for 2 people.
